Cookie Jar Take Two

We got a new build with Cookie Jar feature to overcome Avatar crashing and losing all cookies stored in it's memory. We still need test it to see if there is a performance loss. Nothing faster than direct memory access but we think our Cookie Jar should be fast enough. We are going to test the new build on the weekend. Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause.
